End-User License Agreement (EULA)
This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of the HVHA Woo Reconciliation application (“Software”) provided by High Velocity Hunting Australia Pty Ltd (“Company”).
By installing or using the Software, you agree to the following terms:
1. License
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for internal business purposes only.
2. Purpose
The Software is provided as a read-only reconciliation and reporting tool for WooCommerce and QuickBooks Online data.
3. No Warranty
The Software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to data discrepancies, accounting errors, or loss of business.
5. Third-Party Services
The Software integrates with third-party services including WooCommerce and QuickBooks Online. The Company is not responsible for changes, outages, or data accuracy related to third-party platforms.
6. Data Access
The Software accesses accounting data solely for reconciliation and reporting purposes and does not modify or create accounting records unless explicitly stated.
7. Termination
The Company may terminate this license at any time by discontinuing the Software.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Australia.
