Shipping and Return Policy

We use Australia Post Exclusively and all orders are processed within 1 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, this email will include any tracking information if applicable.

Once shipped, delivery times frames are largely outside of our control and delays are often experienced during periods of high demand.

Shipping charges will be automatically calculated at the checkout page, in most instances charges will be as follows.

• Standard Flat Rate Parcel – $13.5
• Or for trigger springs only – $5.0

Unfortunately, we cannot allow in-store pickup at this time.

• United States of America
• Canada
• New Zealand

And many others, if you enter your address at checkout and a shipping option appears you are in luck.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

For domestic shipping If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, and for international shipping If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales.hvha@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are
different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised.
