I purchased the Lithgow LA101 replacement trigger spring. This is a high quality stainless steel part with the ends ground flat as per the factory original. I requested a spring that would achieve as close to a 2.0lbs pull as possible (advertised as 1.5lbs) and I am very pleased with the 1.875lbs result. Highly recommended.

Product works flawlessly BUT be warned there is ZERO creep when this spring is fitted- go to website for excellent illustrated instructions on fitment. I would strongly recommend you use high quality correct fitting hex/torx tools – particularly on grub screw as the factory fasteners could be very easily stripped on the heads by poor quality tools . Otherwise a brilliant product that is very easily fitted by someone with correct tools and patience.
The trigger quality now matches the rest of the LA101’s quality.- trigger feel is match grade and breaks like glass.

The LA101 trigger is pretty good, but the factory spring is so heavy! The HVH spring has transformed the rifle. It’s brilliant.

Very noticeable lightening of the trigger. I was able to install it myself with no prior experience and following the the instructions on the website. You dont need to remove the safety lever (steps 4-6).

Easy to install and brings trigger pull down nicely. Very happy. Downside is that it voids warranty by removing the trigger from the action (according to lithgow manual). Use some acetone and a qtip to remove the blue goop from the bolt and use a high quality Allen key to avoid stripping it. Job can be done without removing trigger but punching the pin out could damage trigger if whole barrel is not supported properly.
