SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Locations

HV Precision currently ships within Australia only.

Orders placed with an international shipping address will not be processed.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–7 business days once payment has been confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via Australia Post and include tracking.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

WARRANTY POLICY

Warranty Coverage

HV Precision products are covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

If a product is found to be defective, HV Precision may, at its discretion:

      • Repair the product

      • Replace the product

      • Provide an equivalent replacement item

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.


Warranty Period

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, HV Precision products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.

Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required for all warranty claims.


What the Warranty Covers

This warranty covers:

      • Manufacturing defects

      • Material defects

      • Faults occurring during normal use


What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover issues caused by:

      • Incorrect installation

      • Improper use or misuse

      • Modification of the product

      • General wear and tear

      • Damage caused by external factors

Examples include:

      • Stripped threads caused by incorrect torque

      • Damage caused by improper tools or installation methods

      • Cosmetic wear from normal use

Providing this information allows us to assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.


Assessment

Once a warranty claim has been submitted, we may request the product be returned for inspection.

If the product is determined to have a manufacturing defect, HV Precision will arrange repair or replacement.

If the product is found to have been damaged due to misuse or incorrect installation, the warranty claim may be declined.

RETURNS POLICY

Change of Mind Returns

HV Precision accepts change of mind returns on unused items within 14 days of delivery, provided the product:

  • Is unused

  • Is in original packaging

  • Is in resalable condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind returns.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund or store credit may be issued.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Incorrect or Faulty Items

If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The product name

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the problem where possible

If the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, HV Precision will arrange an appropriate resolution which may include:

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


Return Shipping

For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
